The protection and security of personal data is a high priority for us. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the rules of the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the statutory provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). Our website

The website under the domain anschuetz.com (including www.anschuetz.com, www.shop.anschuetz.com) is an offer of Anschütz GmbH, Zeyestrasse 16-24, D-24106 Kiel. We obtain data in two ways, either you have given us the data (e.g. via contact forms) or we collect it when you use our services.

Log data

When visiting this site, the web server automatically records log files that cannot be assigned to a specific person. This data includes, for example, the browser type and version, the operating system used, the previously visited website (referrer URL), the IP address of the requesting computer, the access date and time of the server request and the client's file request (file name and URL). The collected data is only used for statistical analysis and to improve our website. Our website uses the analysis service etracker (etracker GmbH, Erste Brunnenstraße 1, D-20459 Hamburg). Usage profiles can be created from the data under a pseudonym, and "cookies" can be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your Internet browser. The cookies make it possible to recognize your browser again. The data collected with the etracker technologies will not be used to personally identify visitors to our website or to merge personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the separately granted consent of the person concerned. Matomo

This website uses the open-source web analysis service Matomo.

Through Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data on the use of our website-by-website visitors. This enables us to find out, for instance, when which page views occurred and from which region they came. In addition, we collect various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser, and operating system used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).

The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user patterns, in order to optimize the operator’s web offerings and advertising. If appropriate consent has been obtained, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar the consent includes the storage of cookies or the access to information in the user’s end device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. This consent can be revoked at any time.

IP anonymization

For analysis with Matomo we use IP anonymization. Your IP address is shortened before the analysis, so that it is no longer clearly assignable to you.

We have configured Matomo in such a way that Matomo will not store cookies in your browser.

Use of SalesViewer® technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.

The data stored by Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them.

The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. Data processing

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract mandated by data privacy laws that guarantees that they process personal data of our website visitors only based on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.  

Social media

We also offer you the opportunity to stay in touch with us via our social media pages. These social media services themselves collect personal data, e.g. via your profile created there, via so-called "social plug-ins" that are implemented in third-party websites or by evaluating from which website you have accessed the social media site. No "social plug-ins" are used on the Anschütz GmbH website. In order to contact us via social media, you must register with these services. For this purpose, the companies behind the respective service may collect, store and use personal data. We have no influence on the type, scope and processing of this data. This also applies to images and videos uploaded to social media. Please note that the rights may be transferred to the social media services. The details can be found in the data protection and terms of use of the respective providers. Processing of customer data

The processing of customer data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the performance of a contract with the data subject as well as for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures or based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or based on legal requirements and legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c.

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To respond to your respective inquiries and to process the contracts concluded with you, such as preparing offers, creating and answering queries, delivery and warranty processing, invoicing, as well as relevant information in after sales.

• To pass on data to the distributors and service centers responsible for you, if necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

• For our visitor management during a visit to our company

• In addition, under the European Anti-Terrorism Regulations (EC) 2580/2001 and (EC) 881/2002, we are required to check your data against the so-called "EU terrorist lists" to ensure that no funds or other economic resources are made available for terrorist purposes.

• For an in-depth review (due diligence) of our business partners, in particular to meet the legal requirements of Section 130 of the Regulatory Offenses Act and other compliance obligations.

After completion of the contract, we would like to use your data to inform you about our products, services and capabilities through various media and/or to invite you to various events such as trade fair events and/or to conduct customer surveys. You decide whether you want to be informed by us. If you no longer wish to receive information, you can inform us by e-mail. You will then be deleted from the customer database

The following data will be processed by us:

Contact data such as company name, contact name, address, e-mail, telephone number. We store this data centrally in a customer database. We store data from postal, electronic and telephone communication between you and us, as well as the contracts, repair information, warranty information and customer satisfaction information in a document management system. We store your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, reporting requirements. As a matter of principle, your data will be processed internally and only passed on to affiliated companies or third parties commissioned by us for the above-mentioned purposes.

Supplier data processing

The processing of suppliers is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the fulfillment of a contract with the data subject as well as for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures or based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or based on legal requirements and legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c.

We use your data for the following purposes:

The following data will be processed by us:

Contact information such as company name, contact name, address/contact person, email, phone number. We store your data in our SAP supplier master. Your data will only be processed internally and only for the above-mentioned purposes. Your data will only be passed on to third parties if there is a legal obligation to do so or to protect the rights, property and safety of Anschütz GmbH. We store your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, including to meet legal, accounting, reporting requirements.

Processing of applicant data

The categories of personal data processed include, in particular, your master data of first name, last name, name affixes, contact data such as your address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and all data resulting from your application documents (including health data, if applicable). As a rule, your personal data was collected directly from you as part of the application process. In addition, we may have received data from third parties (e.g. an employment agency). We process your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other relevant laws (e.g. the BetrVG). Primarily, the data processing serves to establish an employment relationship. The primary legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 Para. 1 BDSG. Furthermore, collective agreements (general and works agreements as well as collective bargaining agreements) pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 b) in conjunction with Art. 88 Para. 1 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 Para. 4 BDSG as well as, if applicable, your separate consents pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a, Art. 7 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 Para. 2 BDSG (e.g. in the case of video recordings) may be used as a data protection permission provision. Insofar as your application documents contain photographs, we consider this to be implied consent to the processing of these image recordings (in particular the viewing and saving of the photos in the event that the application documents are saved). Pursuant to Art. 7 (3) sentence 1 DSGVO, you are entitled to revoke this consent at any time. Where necessary, we also process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO in order to protect legitimate interests of us or of third parties (e.g. authorities). This applies in particular to the investigation of criminal offenses (legal basis § 26 para. 1 BDSG) or to refute any allegations of discrimination on the basis of the AGG. In addition, under the European Anti-Terrorism Regulations (EC) 2580/2001 and (EC) 881/2002, we are required to check your data against the so-called "EU terrorist lists" to ensure that no funds or other economic resources are made available for terrorist purposes. Insofar as special categories of personal data (in particular health data, e.g. a severe disability) are processed pursuant to Art. 9 (1) DSGVO, this serves exclusively to fulfill the obligations incumbent upon us pursuant to Section 164 SGB IX within the scope of the application process. Within our company, only those persons and offices (e.g. HR department, specialist department, works council, representative body for severely disabled persons) receive your personal data that are responsible for the specific application process. We delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, usually after 6 months. Longer retention periods are only possible with the consent of the applicant. We do not transfer personal data to third parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not use any purely automated processing processes to bring about a decision - including "profiling" (Art. 4 (4) DSGVO) - on the establishment of an employment relationship.

Other use of personal data

Other personal data than previously mentioned will only be collected or processed if you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. in the context of an inquiry. Unless there are necessary reasons in connection with a business transaction, you may at any time revoke the previously granted permission for your personal data storage with immediate effect in writing (e.g. by email) pursuant to Art. 17 para. 1 DSGVO. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless disclosure is required by law. Personal data will generally be deleted in accordance with legal or internally defined retention periods.

Security of your data

Your personal data provided to us will be secured by taking all technical as well as organizational security measures according to Art. 25 para. 2 DSGVO so that they are inaccessible to unauthorized third parties.

User rights

Upon request, you can obtain information from our data protection officer about which personal data has been stored about you. Provided that your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have a right pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO to a correction and pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO to a restriction in processing as well as pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO to the deletion of your personal data.
